Reference specification for a new sample

These are proposed values for a NEW sample. They are not measurements of the photographs, a recovered order, a signed production sample or a test result. 

Existing evidence and its limits

Existing product descriptions and photograph observations remain above. The proposed dimensions, construction and packing below are not additional measured facts about those photographed samples.

Paper and print

Proposed 300 g/m² textured white specialty paper, 50 × 90 mm, with the buyer’s UV-printed front/back artwork. Grade, colour and print coverage are sample choices, not a specification inferred from the gallery.

Attachment and trial

Proposed polyester velvet ribbon 3 × 250 mm; centred 8 × 2 mm slot with upper slot edge 5 mm from top. Check print detail, surface handling, slot strength and the complete assembly.

Record the final drawing, artwork revision, component quantities, actual physical sample and approval before bulk production. Garment composition/care content, performance results and approver/date must come from the actual project.

This is not a measurement of an existing photograph, recovered historical order or approved production sample. Final dimensions, material, artwork and physical sample are approved for the actual project.
Sampling normally takes around 3 days after artwork and specification review. Bulk production is usually 7–15 days after physical sample and specification approval; shipping is separate.
