Project Brief: Woven Labels for Kidswear
For example, kidswear collections often involve several garment sizes and changing size text alongside a consistent brand mark. Therefore, prepare the label version list and installation references before reviewing a quote.

Build a size-to-label version list
First, list each garment style, size and the exact wording that should appear on its branding label. Next, separate a common logo label from size-specific versions where appropriate. Also, give quantities for each version and identify which artwork revision applies, so the order does not rely on a single undivided total. Therefore, check the version totals before approval.
Check placement on representative garment sizes
Then provide the proposed seam location and visible label area. Next, review trial installations on the relevant sizes, checking that stitching does not hide the logo or size text. For example, a layout that fits one sample garment may need a different placement review on another size.
Approve the visual reference and assembly
Next, compare spelling, size wording, logo proportions and color reference at actual label size. Then inspect exposed edges and the installed label, then record the accepted artwork and sample identifier. Also, supply any special material or testing requirement with evidence for that project.
Plan receiving and collection changes
Finally, request an agreed method for distinguishing label versions in the delivery. Then compare received versions with the approved style-size list before garment assembly. In addition, when updating a seasonal collection, state which references repeat and which size, logo or text versions change; retain the approved list for reorders.
For general woven-label options, see our custom woven labels category. Also, use the label repeat-order checklist to retain the approved reference and the care-label production guide when preparing separate care information.
However, the published MOQ and time estimates below are a starting point. Confirm quantities per artwork version and the final specification before agreeing the sample and production schedule; they are not guaranteed dispatch or arrival dates.

REFERENCE SPECIFICATION · 参考规格
Reference specification for a new sample
These are proposed values for a NEW sample. They are not measurements of the photographs, a recovered order, a signed production sample or a test result.
Existing evidence and its limits
Existing product descriptions and photograph observations remain above. The proposed dimensions, construction and packing below are not additional measured facts about those photographed samples.
Construction and dimensions
Reference option: 50D polyester fine Damask, non-metallic polyester colour yarns; visible face 60 × 20 mm, 7 mm end fold at each short side, flat cut size 74 × 20 mm. Colours and this construction are new design choices.
Artwork and attachment
Start with text 2.5 mm high and strokes 0.4 mm, with artwork 5 mm inside the visible edges. Trial stitch placement 2 mm inside each visible short edge. Confirm lettering, folds, edges and attachment on the physical garment sample.
Application-specific review
Map each size text to the actual kidswear style. No age, body measurement or international size conversion is inferred.
