Project Brief: Woven Brand Labels for Sportswear
Sportswear branding may change by team, sponsor or collection while using a common garment platform. Therefore, prepare the artwork approval and quantity split so you can review and order each label version clearly.

Identify the artwork approval owner
First, supply the approved brand, team or sponsor artwork you are entitled to use. Next, identify who approves each version and give the revision name. If several parties provide logos or wording, keep their accepted references separate rather than combining unapproved files into the production brief.
Split quantities by branding version
Then list the garment style, label text or logo version, color reference and quantity for each variation. Also, note any shared base artwork and any fields that change. Therefore, ask how those variants affect the quote, sampling and production plan; do not assume all versions share one minimum quantity.
Review the label in its garment position
Next, show whether branding sits inside the garment or elsewhere on a visible area. In particular, review logo orientation, readability, exposed edges and stitch capture on an installed sample. Finally, keep the accepted assembled reference with the corresponding artwork version before approving bulk production.
Plan replacements and future team orders
Then record the approved version identifiers and request a clear agreed way to distinguish them on receipt. For replacement or repeat orders, specify whether team, sponsor or seasonal artwork has changed. Then use the approved reference to check received labels; any performance claim needs applicable evidence.
For general woven-label options, see our custom woven labels category. Also, use the label repeat-order checklist to retain the approved reference and the care-label production guide when preparing separate care information.
However, the published MOQ and time estimates below are a starting point. Confirm quantities per artwork version and the final specification before agreeing the sample and production schedule; they are not guaranteed dispatch or arrival dates.
