End-fold woven brand label

Use this proposed configuration to discuss your sample. It is not a measured specification of the photos on this page or a record of a previous customer order.

Construction

Proposed 50D polyester fine Damask; light lavender ground and gold-coloured, non-metallic polyester yarn. Colour/yarn choice is illustrative and is not a tested fibre statement for an existing sample.

Dimensions

Visible face 60 x 20 mm; end folds 7 mm per short side; flat cut size 74 x 20 mm.

Artwork and sewing

Start with lettering at least 2.5 mm high and strokes at least 0.4 mm; keep artwork 5 mm inside the visible edges. Trial stitch position 2 mm inside each visible short edge. End folds turn to the back; proposed placement is the inside back neck.

Sampling checks

Check actual-size weave legibility, colour, fold dimensions, edge feel, stitch position and attachment on the intended garment. Design allowances are proposals; the approved physical sample controls production.

Final dimensions, material, artwork and attachment are confirmed through specification review and physical sample approval.

What if I do not know which fold to choose?

Send your garment application and a sketch or photograph of the label position. We can help review the fold and sewing allowance.

Can you coordinate other label types?

Yes. Include brand, care and size labels and hang tags in one brief, with separate quantities for each item.

How do I approve the woven label?

Check logo detail, colour, size, fold and edge on the actual physical sample. Agree any required performance test separately.
