Project Brief: Private Label Woven Logo Labels
A private-label collection needs one controlled logo reference across styles, sizes and repeat orders. First, use this page to prepare the branding brief. We then review the final construction for the selected project.

Keep the brand artwork controlled
First, provide the original logo file, a readable-size proof and the artwork revision name. Next, identify which text belongs to the master brand and which changes by style, size or collection. Also, share a color reference and ask which details need adjustment at the chosen label size.
Separate the collection into orderable versions
List label versions and quantities separately, even where the logo stays the same. Then record the intended garment or accessory, finished label dimensions, sewing allowance and installation position. Therefore, do not approve one large artwork preview as the reference for every smaller version.
Approve branding in the assembled product
Next, compare the proposed sample with the logo reference and a trial installation. In particular, review small lettering, alignment, exposed edges and the area left visible after sewing. Finally, record the accepted artwork and physical sample together before confirming the batch.
Make a repeat order traceable
Therefore, keep the approved file, label dimensions, version-to-style list and accepted sample identifier. For a reorder, state whether the request repeats that reference or changes the logo, color, position or quantity. Review any changes instead of silently treating them as the same order.
For general woven-label options, see our custom woven labels category. Also, use the label repeat-order checklist to retain the approved reference and the care-label production guide when preparing separate care information.
However, the published MOQ and time estimates below are a starting point. Confirm quantities per artwork version and the final specification before agreeing the sample and production schedule; they are not guaranteed dispatch or arrival dates.
