Project Brief: Custom Woven Labels for Swimwear
For clarity, a swimwear branding label needs a brief that separates visual identity, installation and the intended use environment. However, this application page does not establish water exposure or colorfastness performance.

Describe the intended use and label position
First, identify the swimwear style and intended sewing position, including the visible face, concealed allowance and dimensions available. Next, state the use conditions your buyer expects the finished garment to encounter. Identify which conditions the sample review must address.
Specify evidence needed for exposure claims
If pool-water, salt-water, laundering or color-transfer performance matters to the project, provide the required assessment conditions and acceptance criteria. Then request results applicable to the selected label construction. Therefore, do not infer chlorine resistance, colorfastness or a certified material from a photo or product title.
Inspect an installed sample
Next, review the label after your team attaches it to the intended garment construction. In particular, check edge contact, folding, lettering and how the logo sits in the approved position. In addition, where the buyer requires use or care checks, record the conditions and observations alongside the sample and artwork revision.
Keep care content and replenishment controlled
Also, submit the garment composition and care-information brief separately from the woven logo artwork. Next, list quantities by style and label version, then retain the approved assembled reference. For replenishment, confirm whether you need the same construction and artwork or whether a change needs a new review.
For general woven-label options, see our custom woven labels category. Also, use the label repeat-order checklist to retain the approved reference and the care-label production guide when preparing separate care information.
However, the published MOQ and time estimates below are a starting point. Confirm quantities per artwork version and the final specification before agreeing the sample and production schedule; they are not guaranteed dispatch or arrival dates.
